There are many interesting locations nearby: Lake Synevyr, the unique "Brown Bear Rehabilitation Center", Kolochava village-museum, Shipit waterfall.
The cottage consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a TV. The house also has a living room with a dining table, a folding sofa, a kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances, and a bathroom.
