Svoboda Smart Hotel cottage is designed for 2-4 people. The total area of the guest house is 35 m2. There is a studio kitchen with a comfortable sofa, a transforming table, a fireplace and a kitchen surface with all the necessary appliances and dishes. And also a bedroom with a double bed, a panoramic window and a bathroom. Wake up with a view of the mountains. Is there anything better?

Rules of stay:

an identity document is mandatory - guests who have not reached the age of majority cannot live in the house on their own,
smoking inside the house is strictly FORBIDDEN (cigarettes, wipes, IQOS, hookahs, drug mixtures, etc.),
in case of damage to property or disappearance of our belongings from the territory, full compensation is provided.

the rule of silence after 11:00 p.m. - respect the neighbors and nature. In case of noisy or aggressive behavior, we have the right to evict guests without refund.

You can bring pets to us.
