Spitz Bergen House

The house is located in the small, picturesque village of Oryavchyk. It stands on the slope of the Carpathian mountain, so the windows and terrace offer a beautiful view of the mountains. In the village, at a distance of 10 min. walking distance from the house, there is a small grocery store. In the hotel "Georgiy", at a distance of 20 min. on foot, there is a restaurant. In the neighboring "Alaska" manor house, there is a vat and a dining room (by arrangement).

The house consists of a large studio-living room with a kitchen and one bedroom located on the mezzanine (the bedroom is not insulated). It can accommodate 4 people - a double bed, a single bed on the mezzanine, and one person can sleep on the sofa in the studio-living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for self-cooking - induction and gas (in case of power outage) tiles. The house has an acoustic system with speakers and a collection of music discs. It is possible to join the system of your carriers with music. For children, we have soft toys, a set for creativity (pencils, albums, colored paper, glue, scissors), board games, books.
Near the house there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area.
